there have been countless incidents like this now on the motorway. some documented like these while others arnt. 1 would think something would've ben done about this by now. people hitting dogs, pigs, donkeys, bulls, cows. the jahill people in some of the villages should be taught somehow that on one side they may be making a couple hundred rupees for the fence but on the other hand they are prone to losing thousands worth of live stock not to mention the danger to people's expensive cars and more valuable human life.
but in Pak, nothings done until things reach their extremes. something will be done only after whole livestock is dead and cars crashed with deaths resulting due to crashes and drivers going around with steel guards up front.
