I may not be able to help him directly, but I suggest being a sales person he must be hard working and having a bike. He should get hold of someone working in a bank, and try for a job in consumer sales such as personal loans, credit cards or car financing. His sales experience
is a plus point and banks prefers persons with sale contacts. Though they don't pay much, but with salary and commission he might be able to earn respectable amount.
