Accelerator pump is inside the carb.
You cannot see that but you can just check it's operation by pressing the gas pedal you will see a spray of fuel in the primary throttle side.
If the carburetor has any vacuum leak then idle will be unstable and Dashpot wouldn't function properly.
OR
The slow release valve on the Dashpot vacuum line is missing/installed in opposite direction.
The car is not at home otherwise i would have taken pictures and uploaded them here.

Had this image lying in my phone from agoodfriend thread.

At No.1 it's accelerator pump.
No.2 it's Dashpot adjustment screw.
No.3 it's Dashpot itself.
No.4 is the slow release valve for Dashpot check if the vacuum pipe of that is connected at proper place without vacuum that will not work (as you explained that IDLE increases when you tighten the adjustment screw) and also check the direction of slow release valve if slow release valve is connected in opposite direction then the Dashpot would not function.

Sorry don't know the desi name but goto any old part's/spare part's shop and show them the picture they will understand what you want.

Looks like some genius mechanic has been there fidling with carb.

Here 1 was conected with 2 and 3 (one of) was connected with 4, VTV (Slow return Valve is missing)

When i corrected these pipes in proper order Dashpot was not working turnes our pipes coming from 1 has no vaccum so it it cannot suck the diaphram of dashpot so idle is very high... so i reversed the connections. will get a slow return valve and will check again...

This diagram is correct. My car has vacuum pipes installed in same order.
No.1 is where the Dashpot vacuum line is connected.
No.3 is present at intake manifold that has 3 port's on it position of pipe connections on that doesn't matter they can be connected at any port.
The connections that have are for Electrical load idle up diaphram, AC idle up diaphram and the Auto choke.
BTW if that port doesn't have any vacuum then that might be clogged internally.

1 has very less vaccum as compared to 3.

again I am so upset taking RPM issues.
In morning start RPM stays at 400 but later it goes up to 1200 in idle and when move to drive a car it comes down to 200 to 300 and car starts vibrating badly. I am unable to open AC in this situation.
can you please advise what to do as few months ago I serviced carburetor with a known person in town and many people recommended me to go there.
Will appreciate you suggestions.

Autochoke is not working. Same as mine... Vaccume pipes are messed up pretty bad...

Yup agree with mehsanjunaid.
So called carburetor experts don't know a dam thing about carburetors. They are like, Sir jee ye vacuum pipe faltu me lagay huay hain company ne inn ka koi kam nahi... Just because they don't know how to connect them back properly they just throw them away.
Carburetors are simple to work on if a person knows what he is doing.
There is a vacuum pipe diagram shared in this thread i would advise you to do a DIY by looking at that diagram.
Then start trouble shooting the other problems like auto choke and idle RPM but first make sure all the vacuum pipes are connected properly and there are no vacuum leaks.

Yup it would be a easy DIY Would hardly take ten to fifteen minutes.

my Efi is alos giving same from some days. Hardly 5-5.5 Km per Litre but shukar hay it is giving 15 Km per Kg of CNG
