Bro, observe the last two pics.........the edges of the reflections show a blur i.e they are not perfectly straight which means there is orangepeel in the clearcoat. I thought it was normal to have this much orangepeel but after seeing the first pic(of my quote) the reflection appear very blurry which lead me to believe you need to wet sand it to remove the orangepeel. To correct that use between 800-1200 grit sandpaper for wetsanding. I wrote a coarser grit this time as you need a rough surface for the second/third layer of clear to stick properly. Now the runs you mentioned on the hood........that is due to improper hand position or too much time spent spraying one panel. You can correct it using the range I mentioned(800-1200grit) and then respray that portion with clearcoat. The sandpaper can be sourced from any good paint shop. NOTE: Don't just rely on my advise, do a bit of your own research just to be sure :).
