Hey what about the batteries? You gonna use dry ones or acid ones?? And they probably gonna be need to be replaced almost every year if driven like an average mehran.
How many batteries you gonna have??
And I think you should just put 1 or 2 motors , not one for each wheel.
Either you have one big air cooled motor in place of the engine and use stock transmission on mehran. That way no problem of turning cuz you will already have the differrentials. And if possible put a solar ( cell ) panel on the roof of the mehran and connect it to batterries to charge it while you park it under sun.
And if you cannot find one big motor and air cool it , you can join 2 or more motors together with belts and then connect it to the transmission.
And one more thing :
You have to lighten it up also. You can get a fiberglass body made by someone. And as far as main frame and chasis is concerned , you can either rebuild the entire thing with aluminium or light weight materials etc or just keep it stock. And also remove all unnecessary stuff out of the car .
And also you will need low roll over resistance tyres. I dont know where you gonna find better tyres but if that really is a problem for you , I have an idea :
Remove the entire rear axle and put a single wheel in place of the axle. To do this you may need to look at some rickshaw designs etc.
One last thing:
Aerodynamics : If possible get a new body made of fiberglass in a murcielago type shape , so its really aerodynamic and such a body if you can produce will become Pakistan's First Supercar.
