My Experience with Valvoline Champ 4T in Suzuki GS150

I didnt say that i chnage it at exact 1.5k kms i change it b\w 1 - 1.5k and about the quantity a very small amount is decreased and color becomes dark brown( just like any other oil) nope i previously used it in a suzuki now i am using it in a chonda in gs it will perform better

Fresh stock of valvoline rcvd last week from valvoline. using valvoline oils in my bike/car and genset with complete trust.

using 4T champ in GS150 and in honda cd185 twin for last 2 years now, both bikes engine response are very good on this oil.

its been 2 years since i started this thread and Masha Allah i see many people started to use Valvoline and found it good and pocket friendly too.
i hope Valvoline on their side will make sure that customer always get original products and they will keep the price of their products in affordable range for all users.
normally i use to change oil at home using my tools and destroy the empty can but for the fellows who use workshop for same thing, do destroy the empty cans of oil as these cans are sold in market for 8 to 10 rupees each and refilled with fake oil.

Can u plz upload pic of used Valvoline came out from your bike,car as I saw the pic in another thread that bike oli came out as good as new after 1200km which means oli is not doing its cleaning well. So just wanna see the condition at your side.

What a theory? Bro even if u pour oli in brandnew engine it will came out dirty it doesn't means engine is weak. It means that oli is doing its job well and cleaning particles inside the engine. If oli is coming from the engine in its same colour then some thing is wrong with the oli.

didn't got the chance to take picture of oil which came out but it was dirty.

now coming to the oil always coming out dirty well its not possible each time when changed, as far as i know 1st time cd185 oil was changed after 1k km running it came out quite dirty as compare to oil which came out of gs150 which was far better in term of condition as gs150 hardly had few thousand km on meter. but since cd185 had several hundred thousand km engine running , it came out very dirty but on next oil changed which was done at 1.5k km running oil was in much condition look wise also in performance wise.

once the engine is clean from inside a good quality oil always keep it in good condition not allowing sludge to form inside.
hope this will answer yr queries.

and as i mentioned earlier we should not made assumption over how we feel about the oil but if in any doubt we should try the oil testing facilities available in big cities .

Thanks for the reply as I m willing to try this oli over zic so that's why asked about this thing. But in my experience even when my bike is new and done the second oli change oli was LM and it came quite dirty as well that doesn't mean it is a bad oli. So that's why I got confused. Khair will switch to Valvoline soon.

And do u ever experienced decline in top speed after u switch to 20-50 from 20-40.

long before switching to valvoline i was a havoline user , at every 1k km oil changed the oil looks like burn watery tar coal thing , it looses it performance after 400 to 500 km running but since i was told by advertisement that its the best oil a engine can get so i was very much satisfied with it. every 10 to 15k km clutch plates needed replacement, many other mechanical trouble i faced till i started to use valvoline. since last 2 years nothing has been spent on engine only periodical oil change has been done and it is performing extremely well.
btw never used 20w40 in life always used 20w50 once used 10w40 castrol magnetic but it was bad decision.

nope no decline in top speed in fact engine response is far better now in term of pick/gear shifting/clutch.

OK visited jambo.pk to order this oli but unluckily it was not in stock the site rep said that it will be available in 2-3 days.

Let's see when it comes.

And I m hoping if not better but equal to zic.

Called today on the numbers and they were kind enough to arrange Champ 4t though jambo.pk. Just ordered the oli through jambo. I hope my experience goes good. If not better then my current oli.

Received my order. But the thing I doesn't like is that 3/4 bottles were oliy from outside I hope the product I got I'd original.

Hello altisdualvvti.

We have spoken to Online Shopping in Pakistan with Free Home Delivery - Jambo.pk and they have told us that one of the bottles that was to be delivered to another customer got crushed under a seperate heavy product and leaked on these bottles.

We have firmly told them that this is not an acceptable way to deliver products to customers. It has also affected our other customer who did not get his order on time.

The products are 100% genuine. Don't worry about that. Apologies from our side. It won't happen again.
