edit the title - sounds funny male cows,, lol make it bull - which is the proper name. that aside - I visited some stockyards and farms here - where I met a guy (desi too) and started talking about animals - according to him the Pakistani animals dont have good protien content or something along those lines - he was explaining something I was least interested in hence the voices in my head were more attentive to the cummins diesel engine noises I could hear there, - but he actually knew this stuff deeply as he works for a meat packaging company.

things are always different in different parts of the world. male cows are more catchy to local buyers here and not bulls, alteast according to me as i am in this biz. secondly when you will visit me i will also share my experience on this. and availability of things, machines, labor, feed, weather, medical, RND and etc can not be compared with 1st world fattening and a 3rd world fattening.

bro these are original kajla of sargodha.
black spot on eye makes no difference big or small .
i am very well known with fake kajlas.
i am having different pure kajla sheeps from last 4 years.

OK - so how many of you guys actually man up to slaughter the animal and even make small pieces of it. I used to do it myself along with my brothers. Baqr Eid day was quite a work out.

I used to collect all the blood and dump it into our mango trees.. Excellent fertiliser

Back in village after years and years of remaining hostage to baazari butcher mafia's loot maar...my cousin and my younger brother decided to do the honors themselves. At first everyone laughed at them and discouraged them, but they remained stuck to their guns and after 2-3 bakra/dumba qurbani & chopping them to pieces, they were experts.
The two formed a tag-team that was in high demand in the family on the first day of Baqra-eid

i can not even think of doing myself...

in urban areas on the first day of Baqr-Eid majority of butchers are ONE-DAY players...i mean they charge huge fee but DO NOT know anything about the job at hand...i,e. they dont know how to properly slaughter, how to skin and how to do the chopping job....which i consider iz a bay-hurmati of the sacred act of Qurbaani.
Hence after facing many such bad experiences for several years at the hands of novice Kassai'z, my cousin and bro decided to do qurbaani of our Bakra/dumba on their own. They did much better for 4, 5 years. Until my brother got lazy of late
