I never made, taste and even saw tawa chicken. So completely blank about it.
i think tawa chicken (Half done Bar B Q before placing over tawa) is all about flavour infusion of green coriander, green chillies, lemon wedges along with sauce... so u may opt for peri peri sauce.
Nonoo Bhai, I think i cut onion more then requirement and there was little shortage of it. LOL
