Occasionally Yes! For me season doesn't matter as i have to conduct class according to recipes schedule.

Doing soup tomorrow, and the season at the moment not permits to enjoy it the way it should be.

Guys which pan do you normally use?
I bought a non-stick pan last year and after 1 year of use, its coating has started to come off and food sticks to it.

I have heard that teflon pans are cancerous so is it good to invest in ceramic pan? Take note it will be used for daily cooking so i am looking for something that can last a bit longer and is safe for health.

I saw few ceramic pans in john lewis but those were quite expensive (i was on an official trip). Is it wise to buy such stuff if i am visiting abroad again?

Since Tintin likes to avoid "garam taseer" I would advise him to consume lots of soy because according to the latest Desi research based on the world's most advanced scientific analysis, soy has a "thandi taseer". It will literally cool everything down inside of Tintin.

whats wrong with plain old steel pans? - or tinned copper?

the cook makes all the difference, - not the pan. The pan is an instrument, if the cook is not capable of using it - its not going to make a difference even with pointerware or chantal pots.

this is sort of myth actually...it depends and varies from person to person...some people literally die if they eat peanuts due to allergies
