Guys which pan do you normally use?
I bought a non-stick pan last year and after 1 year of use, its coating has started to come off and food sticks to it.
I have heard that teflon pans are cancerous so is it good to invest in ceramic pan? Take note it will be used for daily cooking so i am looking for something that can last a bit longer and is safe for health.
I saw few ceramic pans in john lewis but those were quite expensive (i was on an official trip). Is it wise to buy such stuff if i am visiting abroad again?
