I too am inclined towards buying a good quality stainless steel pan for daily cooking. We just bought it due to non-stick factor but it was not a good experience. Can you suggest which cookware material is best for daily usage? and their local names.
Yes this garam thanda is bad concept in our people. Sab kuch khao but keep an eye on quantity.According to this logic, we should only eat mangoes in winters?

Apart from chicken, everything was only slightly cooked to keep the crunch within vegetables itself.
Here we people only consider eatable once its thoroughly cooked.
In one of the cooking technique, food is eatable just after few minutes of process. This dish is super rich in flavour extracted from all ingredients.
Actually for past 1.5 years, i am temporarily living in Lahore due to my job but i certainly visit my home in G-9 whenever i get a chance.Don't worry about age, i may not be 40 years old but i have two kids so not that young
