Baking is seriously tricky. Even the +/- of 1 gram makes difference. Also the use of right utensils according to need of recipe is must.
No need to spend some extra bucks to get moderate oven, if one cannot afford.
I can bake on oven as well as on stove too. I tried all the ways to play with the recipes.
