Got two mini Tripods and lens filters today!

These tripods have funky colors; blue one was the most descent! Got two of them; one for flashgun and one for for the camera.

i just brought a tamron 17-50mm f2.8 VC lens... i think you should upgrade to that kit.. its very good and sharp. i almost dont need the flash in most situations now.. i can go as low as 1/10 f2.8 without getting any blur without tripod...
so now i have cut my equipment down to tamron 17-50mm F2.8 vc and canon 55-250mm zoom lens.

because you have too much of equipment now lol .... it wil be very hard to travel with so many things for snaps...
its just my opinion , you know better what to do with your money

Guys...I need an advice for the second flashgun..."new" Nissin 866 Mark 1, "used" 550EX (available @ Chamberlain/Nisbat Road), "used" 580EX (have to try finding it) or another "new" 430EX-II? Do I have any other option? On last check, Nissin Mark II flashguns were not yet available locally!

Will Nissin Mark-I work seamlessly as wireless slave along with existing 430EX-II?
Is used 550EX/580EX better deal than new 430EX-II?

I am now an official portrait photographer in family! With this second light I will have a small studio setup like in above video...This will be gift from a family member so dont want to put financial pressure for new 580EX-II

have you started to use the M mode yet? with the use of 50mm f1.8 and a 430ex II ,along with white ceilings and walls in a small room , i dont think you will need another flash setup

^^ I have done some manual flashes and it works great...My intensions were to complete the classic three light setup, adding some umbrellas and light stands and my home portrait studio will be good to go. This is postponed as I donated the "gift money" received adding what I could and gave it in charity.
