Here's an updated list of things in order of priority:
1- Diff seals are leaking. Going to be getting it opened, new seals and new oil SAE-90-160. While that is happening will get my axles rebalanced.
2- New tires since the rear tires are bald
3- Brake service
4- Replacing or repairing all suspension parts
5- Engine overhaul

Filhal budget is spending a max of 6 lakhs so my total cost doesn't increase 10 ( 4 ki gari ).I have around 2 lakhs to spare every month. I do plan on fully investing in this car with no plans to sell. Currently in a deal to sell my 15" watanabee as they are 1- too big of a tire 2- Too wide for me to drift. Was suggested by pro ke70 drifters ( Fahad from Karachi, Faddy from Karachi ) To go for 14" 6-7jj. Spared around 1 lakh rn to go and buy rims + tires from pindi this week. They did say a good 7ke is enough for drifting. Called a senior who owns a garage and he said if I do overhaul the engine I'll have a guarantee it's running in good health.

Also could you give me a rough estime on how much 7ke overhaul would cost

Bro I would never keep a ke70 with just a engine that merely drifts. When I want to drift and enjoy. I would get in a crazy beams 3sge or 4age black top.

And overhaul of 7ke is near 140-150k approx

For that price of an overhaul I think it is more reasonable to sell it and go for 3sfe swap. I do value and respect your opinion about getting a more powerful engine but I saw multiple beams engine cars on vroom track fail to drift at all. Where as the drifters I talked to in Karachi connected the entire track on both a 7ke and 3sfe. From what they said it is more about the driver being able to throw the car. Yes the added power would definitely help a lot but then I think a 1uz swap is a good option considering reliability and availability of parts. Will wait till Eid to start either the swap or overhaul. Did manage to find a 3sge for 5.5 with gear since we are making another drift project ( white stock ke70 ) but no luck finding a 4age bt

Yes indeed but uz is a expensive swap.
I got one guy who has 4age supercharger. It is front wheel setup so we need to get the w58 trans to mate with it.

I do have someone for the w58 but I read there's a few changes before you can use it in a rwd setup. Also it'll be a rare engine which hogaya to Beth jaounga :p. Getting a more common engine swap atleast ensures parts availability. 1gfe beams seams to be my favourite option rn

Han engine kay parts ki support locally available nai but aliexpress, and bahir se samaan ajata hai. Pehli dafa dalne se pehle banda seal kit puri new dal dey. To better rehta hai.

Seal kit to Dekhi hai Ali express pay 40-60$ for engines. That definitely is a must. Rims sold on my quest to finding new rims and tires. Will park the car till Eid and try selling the engine.

How was it
Leaning more towards overhauling this and in the future going for sc14 supercharger. Overhaul will give me the satisfaction of a clean running engine and decent power with supercharger

iA one day. Talked to haris khan and a couple other drifters. 1uz swap seems very approachable considering the costs with overhauling and eventually forced induction. For not a lot more money I can get a lighter V8 engine. Which also leaves me enough room to grow into it

Yes indeed but you need alot of stability mods with such a heavy engine.

Bought new spark plugs and caps, new timing/diff/flywheel seal, new gear and diff oil and oil filter + 20W-50 oil Kixx. Bought coolant, axle seals, new front big and small bearings + seals and refresh old rear bearings. Bought japani clutch and pressure plate Exedy ki. Had a stud break from the exhaust manifold repaired it. Got flywheel and pressure plate resurfaced.

Car has started. Aik tar tuti howi thi wasn't being grounded properly. Iski wajah say distributor nai chal Raha tha. Figured out konsi wire hai and got new grip for that area after repairing the wire.

Did not end up leaving the workshop. RPMS were stuck at 1k, tried manually turning throttle body too but car reduced to pick up rpms. Seems like a wiring issue ( distributer and plug wires were in very bad condition ). Head gasket seems to leak ( air bubbles in radiotor ). Debating on getting new head gasket and valve work done. Car also does not start on its own Dhaka start chal Raha filhal but ab wo bhi nai howa. New spark plugs dalay magar koi fark nai
