nice setup bro. i think the carpenter did a poor job in the making of the box. i see some spaces in the box. better seal it from the inside. at first gance the box seems huge but i am guessing the depth is less so its ok. and ofcourse designed by spl so there is no doubt how it will perform.
Congratrs on your personal ride and SPl system. I hope you wont be banging it in Ramzan. In the mean time you can check with the carpenter for properly sealing the box from inside. Do add polyester in it as well. And the Cobalt amp, did you get it from Hamza

as far as i know it is used for damping the enclosure...bass is produced even more aftr it.....i dont know much about it myslef, it vl b really gud if sum senior member explains it

bro the main purpose of sound dampening/sound deadening by using polyester or namda or other dampening material is the absorbption of the backwave and other mechanical noises that could come back through the cone.
