Everything seems fine but i hate the plates you are using. Firstly because its illegal, secondly its shows inferiority complex! have you ever seen a car in states using Paki plates? Pakistan is not less than a paradise on earth so be thankful to Allah, love it before you lose it!

you have 16" rims and wider tyres (relative to stock tyres) which means your speedo is understating speed by at least 7%. So according to the pics you posted you are at around 185km/hr with clearly alot of room left. Amazing, considering I also have a brand new GLI which has a hard time getting past 140

Why the LOL?
What he is saying is correct.
Your car,s speedo was designed and callibrated for 15" rims and you are running 17"s on your car,
So that means that the actual speed was much higher than 180km/h.

speedometers are based on distance traveled by tyre per rotation not rim size

hey man the speedo's of every japnese car even if its a lexus or mark x is limited to 180km/h first increase ur knowledge

man u r talking about lexus n mark which cars are more then 2.5 l and these cars cant go above 180 km and my vitz can touch 165 170 km easily .............lol

Absolutely right! The tire size difference is 0.0% so the speed shown on the speedometer is correct. Please refer to this tire size calculator: Tire Size Calculator

I have also taken my GLi up to 160 km/hr quite easily with 5 adults and trunk was also full with luggage. Couldn't go above 160 km/hr because there were a lot of cars on the motorway after Kala Shah Kaku so had to reduce the speed.

Stock size for corolla is 195/65/15
The poster is currently running 225/45/17
Total dia is almost same with a negligible difference, I just got it confirmed by a couple of websites.
So I take my words back.
Yes the speedo is showing the correct speed and thanks for the correction.

yes the meter is showing correct speed you people are not agreeing that a gli can go to 180km/h.And you say that its underpowered
