I was thinking about that. But now i have decided to go for bikes only with OHC engine. Junoon and GS150 both with OHC engines are very quiet and smooth rides.
You yourself are riding Pridor now with 100cc OHC engine and you can feel the difference that with OHC engine you can use full power of engine without worrying about any noise and vibrations.

What you are missing my borhter is an OHC engine. ... Remember some prefer Civic and some prefer Corolla - Specs are the same but some taste bitter some taste sweet its you who has to realize what you really want ...

Vicky bro there is this one thing i do not understand, that GS150 has a power of 13BHP whereas Deluxe & CG (Euro II) have 11BHP. But GS150 does not clearly show those extra 2HPs during a run.

We have 2 x GS150s '12, 1 x Deluxe '12 and 1 x CG '12 and we take a run on a 8-10kms patch where we don't need to apply brakes.

We expect GS to take lead after 2 kilometers but it does not, even though the riders are slim and and GS are at their best settings. One of those GS is a little faster than the other from the very start. The faster one topped at 118km/h and the other one could not cross 114km/h ever.

During a run sitting straight, Deluxe and CG do not let any GS to take lead easily, even if it takes it cannot maintain it for more than a few seconds. although GS has more power and same weight as Deluxe but it only sees tail lights for straight 8 kilometers. (This disappoints me very much and this is the only reason for which i do not buy a GS)

and in a run with Heads down GS takes the lead in 5th gear and never lets CG and Deluxe to get ahead of it.

What sorcery is this?

Yep, its a fact about the Roaring sound of older 125s.

Waisay i love all of them equally (just don't like the rather silent tone of Piaggio & GS150)

Another thing about Deluxe & Classic (Euro2) sound is that if you remain below or up 50/60km (drive with ease i mean) ... you won't notice the sound of the bike.

But drive it hard upto 8-9 or even 10k RPM and you'll notice that the bike will actually road much more than the older 125s. (Bike's exhaust note gets Stronger and Punchier as the RPM rises)

Btw ... still can't forget that ZZZZZUUUUUUNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG sound from last night (its not like its the first time ... maybe the last night was really enjoyable for me since i haven't gone out for this long since ... maybe last 3 years)

My 70cc also sound like that when i de accelerate because i have installed a muffler in it

It certainly isn't as vibrationless as GS150, but very agile compared to GS. You can zig zag it easily through the traffic.

GS150 is 12BHP and as per new Honda Website Deluxe is 11.3BHP. Difference is only 0.7BHP.
And GS does feel more powerful than Deluxe if two heavy persons sitting on it are going slight uphill.
But when it comes to speed on straight road, it looses power slightly in 5th gear. Don't know why. My friend also complains the same that he can take it to 100+Km/h in 4th but it hardly goes above 95Km/h in 5th. :o

the 25cc only add a very little to the power in accordance to weight... as gull said ... and from what you explained that on heads down GS leads that means that the seating and bike air drag design is better in CGs and GS faces worst air drag and loses power but on heads down it starts breathing better as air drag is gone so it takes the lead.

Even according to me CG must maintain lead ahead of GS even riders are head down because it has almost microscopic air draging face ... secondly a lot more power can be gained from 150cc engine but Mola GS150 is designed for long life and long service hours thats why it lacks better top speed.

lastly GS at 118 or 114 is pretty good digits on a commuter bike you know.

it looses power slightly in 5th gear. Don't know why

deluxe also revs down to 7~8k RPM and cannot go redline on 5th gear too... paiggio also doesn't revs upto mark on 5th gear, until you improve the ignition and plugs, ignition cables or put a smaller rim in rear.

According to the new website Deluxe Euro 2 has 11.3PS not BHP and 11.3PS is equal to 11.15BHP.
CG Euro 2 has 11.4PS equals 11.24BHP.

can you share the links ? because AHL mostly hides whats the specs are for real...

If I go on there official website they do not expose what is the PSI or BHP a bike produces.. even for CG power plus they didn't bothered what compression ratio it maintains..

on global website, I mostly found specs of relatively newer model of CG which never made it to Pakistan so they cant be counted.

the close relative of CG125 of Pakistan is the CG of past from 1976 to late 80s CDI model which is currently holds the name of Power plus in Pakistan and still in production now with Emission controlling kit to reduce smoke.

I expect Pakistan Power-Plus to be 8.1 KW which in HP is below 11HP ... to be precise 10.8HP

where as Deluxe has a different Head specially cylinder and I am unable to find any sound source what specs it really holds. (if you want to make sure that I am saying this you can check the too bolts which are tightened on the cyelnder with central crackcase on the pushrods side) in power plus smaller screw are used where as in deluxe over all length is different and biigger screws are used. So that makes me more curiuos to know what sorcery is behind it..

but even with 10.8HP CG is so much in peace and harmony with the given wieght that it really performs in 4 gears...

Deluxe does gives good driving experience. I think you are now addict to OHC thats why you are not liking deluxe.
Its a personal preference I would not like to ride a silent bike.

nahi yar ... Instead of believing whats written in this virtual world or brochures why dont you look at the engines closely .. specially where I directed you will find it you self.. the compression chamber is also different by the way. I am not 100% sure that whats the difference in power or may be if there is really a difference but there is a difference in engine.
