Yes, you can. This is a tracking world camera itself which used to come in the 9 generation civic.
Tracking world has two multimedia systems for city , one is windows based and the other is Android based. Which one are you talking about?

I have the Android one. I have recently purchased city so if I go for tracking world front camera will it void the warranty or is
it grip to grip installation?

If you ask me from Hondas perspective then yes, installing a second horn will void your warranty as well. But i think life is too short to wait for your warranty to expire.
What i did was, i just added more connections instead of tempering the original connections or wiring. Similarly, For the front camera a wire comes in and gets plugged in the back of your navigation system and that's all.

Android unit in your car is also from tracking world. Since tracking world is the official vendor of Honda for Multimedia units with reverse cameras it will not void the warranty if you take your car to them and have the front camera installed by them.

Yes, that's true. Warranty won't get void if work is done from tracking world.

I sold out my side mirrors and got new ones. Genuine ones cannot retract since they lack a motor . You can also just get the motors and stick then inside your genuine side mirrors to make them retractable.
Their is no wiring present for the front camera. The front camera you buy will come with it's own wiring.

For kharcha please scroll up and see its written their. Yes, it's possible with custom brackets installation. Reflectors would have to be removed.

Well, i am not much of a ' light tinting guy' but yes I'll definitely consider it. Thanks for the tip and no power modifications yet. I am happy with the response of stock engine so far. I am actually after cruise control these days.
