My internet speed when from mbps to 16 to 32 kbps

so i only have one modem of ptcl and have package of 30mb before that i had 15 mb and it was giving me mbps speed mostly but now it dosent even go up to 100kbps only at 16 to 32 kpbs please help me i need help
