Hi,
Im back after a long time.
Bought a Lexus SC400 last year with a 1UZ engine (V8 - 4.0)
Took out the engine and installed a 1JZ-GTE from Toyota Soarer (2.5lt Twin turbo). The task was a pain as the 1JZ-GTE sits perfectly in the SC300 but for the SC400, lots of modifications had to be done to install new engine mounts.

The car was fine but lacked power which we really wanted. The stock turbo lag was a bit late. (Approx 280 HP stock).
FMIC was from a Nissan Skyline GTR34.
Bought a toyota Crown 89 with a 2JZ-GTE installed. This car was complete. It was too fast and too loud. @Racerf1 and @Salarzae have seen the car and can vouch for the loud decibels.
Plans now are to swap the Crown setup into the Lexus.
Lexus is in garage again now awaiting heart transplant from the Crown(H) and new paintwork.

Will update later. Do check the pictures and comment.
