this is a case of bad camber angle too. Worn and sloppy ball joints will cause that in a W201, test the ball joints correctly, it takes an effort to correctly test the lower ball joints on this car. As I said - you need to hang the spindle meaning put a support under the control arm and let the car rest on that, then lever the ball joint.
Find any good alignment shop that is willing to understand how to align these cars, the 8 degrees caster angle can seriously throw an alignment technician into a confusing loop on how to set the toe on these cars as a very slight toe change upsets the camber (due to the caster angle)
To correctly align this car the tech has to split it into 3 steps
set caster (with zero toe)
set camber (with zero toe)
set toe - a few minutes inwards too to take up for the missing spreader bar.
It would be really wise to first change the ball joints and refresh the wheel bearing grease and set the bearing correctly.
