the second one is easier as its an aerosol can. Get a crayon stick of door ease too, its good stuff.
if you have access of someone willing to get you stuff from USA then get an aerosol can of superlube dri film spray and a container of their silicone lubricating compound with PTFE. The silicone compound is very stable and is an ideal lubricant for brake calipers etc.
Their products are also used by General Motors - e.g. their dri film lube is recommended by GM to resolve sticky door latch mechanisms and tumblers when in used in the dead of winter. its also great for seat belt mechanisms and even door locks tumblers.
I use their silicone grease for brake service and on ignition components as dielectric - its really good stuff and not too bad on cost either.
On such tumblers I have also used another product by super lube, its their sythetic grease which is sold nearly damned everywhere you look. Its a PAO based grease which has really good stability and water resistance. It also has no smell or colour. (cheap too)
and while at it - get a container of mystik JT6 no.2 grease, its a GC LB rated grease like no other, literally!
the door ease and lock ease are sold at all ace hardware stores, the superlube too, if not available then its available at any homedepot and even some walmarts. - JT-6 400 gram cartridige is available at any walmart for about 3 dollars.
The dri film and silicone lube are not regular items and need to be ordered.
