This pics is from late Friday evening after i logged more than 100km roundtrip in one day. And, tomorrow i have to decide whether i want to take the rosewood trim on the center console or wait for the carbon fiber finish trim. Life is full of hard choices.

So,while i'm still agonizing about the center console garnish choice in my Nano i drove by my regular tire store today to get a nitrogen tire refill in my SX4 and was made an incredible offer. Almost new(which means used ofcourse:P) BBS rims in exchange for my factory rims with a difference of 20,000 rupees. I forgot the exact model of the rims and to take pics too as i was taking it all in but after driving around for a while i'm kinda liking the idea. I might just go for it. So i took a pic of my SX4 earlier today afternoon with original rims that might be gone same time next week. Here's a view and tell me if i should change or keep the original factory rims.

I'm gonna drive into my TATA service station tomorrow morning and take a decision over there about my Nano's center console. Right now i'm gonna sign out and go clubbing. This is the right time to go out over here on a Saturday night.

OK. So now i've got my mind all made up and this is what i've decided to do:

The Nano gets the carbon fiber finish cover on the center console and a dvd player.
The SX4 gets a new set of rims as mentioned in previous post.

I shall share these as they happen in the coming week(s) as the carbon fiber cover is yet to be delivered and i got to find time during the day for this.

and don't tell me those rims on SX4 are factory-fitted ??.. those aren't bad at all..

My Nano is a yellow Bumble-Bee. There are many of them on the road now driven by all kinds of people from young to old and some with flowers and other thingies on them. The SX4 rims are factory fitted and is standard on the ZXi model. The current refreshed car has a different design set of factory fitted rims. I thought i'll change them without spending too much money based on the offer.

^^The Nano comes with only the driver's side mirror as standard.

I haven't driven this car on the national highway system yet but in city i get 15-16km per liter with the a/c on and 20-21km without and these are approximate figures based on mileage accrued on a full tank. My drive to work is partially on a state highway and the top speed i've driven this car so far is 100kmph. The engine is nice and free now after the initial newness factor has started wearing out.

'cause my SX4 tires are filled with nitrogen instead of air and i get them checked and topped up if need be, ever so often. They charge RS10 per tire for a refill here and the ride is much better. The Nano comes fitted with tubeless tires as standard equipment so i'm thinking of taking it in for a nitrogen fill too this weekend.

Y'all must be wondering what the fuss is all about fitting a stereo and i can dig, but the thingy is i want to fix TATA accessories in the car and nothing after market. My TATA dealer is great on service and maintenance but not up on Nano acessories and they have to order the cd-player and center console cover from the factory and i have to wait like i did for the alloys but not for long for these two items. I'll update with pics as soon as these are fixed.
