I know how warrenty claims work. But its your choice. If you want to pour in the thick goo in a engine that fits in your palm, go right ahead. I mentioned that the dealerships have switched to 0w20. If they won't, tell them you want the suzuki 0w20 oil. If they still won't find a different dealership.
I'd rather have the correct oil in the engine knowing it won't go bust than the goo which will surely ruin the engine. You'll need those warranty claims much faster with that oil.
