My New Alto VXL AGS

I visited United Showroom a couple of days back, car is better than Mehran but no match for Alto even in that price. All Gadgets seems to be made in village of China. Even dashboard paint was of very inferior quality. Rear seats are for kids only as no one can sit behind the front seats if it is in full back settings.
They are planning to launch an automatic version in 2020. Till then the only auto option is Alto Vxl Ags.

As you said that car is better than Mehran, if Mehran can sell for 20 years without question then why not Bravo? Yes you may be right about quality issues but it is still better than Mehran. I have also seen a few Bravos. Quality isn't that bad as being projected. Mehran is a time tested car and Bravo has to prove itself.

the reliability mehran offered can never be beaten by a silly chinese car.

People in pakistan are used to Japanese cars and its supreme reliability and quality. No chinese car ever will beat that atleast not in the next decade.

also KIA will have real tough time selling its cars in pakistan to customers who are used to japanese origin cars and its supreme reliability and precise engineering. Even if KIA launches picanto people will be VERY reluctant buying it in the first 5 years.

Pak Suzuki just killed any new chinese entrant by offering R06 engine in new alto.

Supreme Reliabilty?? My Mehran 2008 had to get complete engine rebuild at 46,000 KM, AC was pathetic. Body build quality lets not even talk about it.

Khyber 2000 is much better than mehran post 2005 in terms of body quality. Euro-2 was improvement but still i will not recommend anyone this car

Something was wrong with ur mehran or hownu kept it wasay. We drove mehroo for years and it kept running

had older 1991 S-series karachi registration mehran. Bought in 99 sold in 2007. Solid car, no issues. On CNG also no troubles.

Body was way better than this 2008 POS,

Personal experience, I do not recommend mehran to any one now, older model cultus is better as AC dies in mehran as soon as the temp increases.

Anyways Alto Thread, I have booked one and TDD is 13th October. Hope something better from this.

Also i have seen the gaps in the panel and no protection for engine, the must have accssories for me will be splash guard for engine and rubber seals and filler foam for many unprotected spaces. Will do a review and picture update of the works done InshaAllah

Super here varies by the pumping station and usually falls between 90-95. Hi octance that we get is between 95-97 RON.

That is what is claimed. You won't get actual 97 RON anywhere in Pakistan

The initial PBO doesn't have TDD, It took me 20 days to get the updated PBO with TDD. Just go to the dealership to get the updated PBO with TDD

Make sure to use either 5w-30 or 0w-20. Never ever go for 10w-40 for this engine

In for the second check-up & Oil Change , Mileage 3800km , went with 0w-20
