You need to rev your engine at variable RPMS, avoid sudden acceleration, don't be tempted to ride fast. Maintain an average speed of 40 to 50 km/h. This is what I did with my GD following its owner's manual.
Moreover, it's written there that we need to avoid letting the engine get too hot, i.e. avoid long trips without intervals. So as mahrumer suggested, give engine some time to cool down a bit in between your journey. I say a single stretch of 15 - 17 km is a good interval to let the engine have some rest. So your Pindi journey does not seem to be the right thing to do at the moment as you can't make so many stops on a trip which you can otherwise do in about 45 minutes (riding at safe speed) on YBR after break-in period.
The best thing to do would be to read its owner's manual and follow it religiously.
The whole idea of break-in period is to give a nice and even wear tear to the cylinder.
Good luck and happy riding!
