Went for the oil change today at Toyota Ravi motors Lahore
My car clocked 5000kms today.
The mechanic came with 5L of oil and an element filter. They told me the price of oil filter is 1300rs.
When I paid the bill, I came to know that it was 5300. I was paying from card so I didn't bother much in looking at it. After that I went to the service guy and he sent me to the parts guy.

The person name was "Muhammad Asim", he told me that it's a different filter, both filters are made in thailand but this is a different model of filter.
I said what now? He said that bill has closed, and what I can do next time is to get you a discount of rs.800 so that it will be adjusted in the next bill.

PS: Do ask them the model and price of filter before installing and paying the bill

2-which one is the best engine oil for grande and quantity..

3- any one pay the anual token tax of grande for year 16-17 for filer.

Yeah, but I don't fight everywhere.
They wrote me a discount voucher of Rs.800 and they will remember me in good words. Also, I got a friendly relation with that service guy. He said I made a mistake bhai, really sorry.
What else a person can do?

Witin city it fluctuates between 10-13 depending upon the route and way of driving
On long routes, if mantained at 100 it will give you 17km/l
On motorway if mantained at 120 it will give you in between 15-17 km/l
depending upon the weight and wind.

Best engine oil is any good quality 10w30 or 5w30. I'm using petron plus10w30 after getting inspired from @autophile. It's a good oil and best for this engine in my thinking.

As far the token tax is concerned. For non filer it was 23,200rs

No Haseeb bhai. When I go for periodic maintenance and oil change I tell them I will give my own filters just charge me for Petron+ oil can and periodic check ups labour. They mention own filters on invoice and stamp the warranty book.

My new project/upgrade

As I'm a light freak. I wanted the best lights for my vehicle. I contacted @keiworks12 in this regard coz I knew from day one that he's the best guy to be contacted for projectors and HID. Such a nice and friendly guy though.
Well, coming to the project: I needed some projectors for the fog light as I didn't want (glare ki dukaan) with HIDs in fog. Keiworks12 suggested me original bosch fog light projectors he had that came in 1998 audi a8 which have some serious fog light cut off. All I needed was to buy a pair of dlaa fog lights from the market and send it to him, and he started it right after Eid.

First projector went inside, and this was the result. As it was giving a lot of glare due to chrome of fog light so @keiworks12 and me decided to spray the chrome black so that we can stop glare.
