Yaar if coil is malfunctioning than all plugs shouldn't be f'ed up. All of them are like burnt. If there is some malfunction than my car should give some indication. The problem is I
Don't go to Toyota anymore anymore and got my 20,000km tuning from my own mechanic and I was all over his head when he took them out of the engine and said Haseeb bhai Toyota nay thuk laa deta ae.
than they probably switched your plugs. anyways you can get your simple oil and filter change maintenance from your mechanic if you are ok with his workmanship.
as per my recent experience toyota mechanics are ok with usual maintenance and they are familiar with the car fittings and have apt tools. but you need to stick with them just to ensure that they don't rip us off :(.
i checked the expertise of FAW mechanics working on V2 recently and they seemed not that well trained.
well in my opinion, toyota guys wont take out plugs from a ten or fifteen thousand driven car. its yours driving style, which has pushed lot of carbon on them. try not to floor it up to 5-6 rpm everytime or everyday you are waiting for green signal, once in a while is okay but not too often.
remember, its not a sports car, just a normal daily driven N/A econo box.
So what did you do then? have you changed the plugs or refitted them after cleaning....
well my advise, you should stay away from high octane, if you still wanna to use then mix it with the ratio off 50/50 and .
taglon 5w50 might have played a role in burning those plugs, not too sure about it, others who are using it might shed some light on it.
i am still using petron 10w30 and am satisfied, no engine noises nothing so far plus my car feels lighter with 10w30.
Anyways happy motoring.
cheers.
Note: stop using 100% high octane, not required.
Bro, I'm not doing a single thing you said. I'm using 92ron only and nopes oil has no affect on spark plugs.
I refitted them after cleaning as I'm waiting for ngk laser iridiums, they will reach in couple of days
