Warranty void. Wasn't satisfied with condition of taglon at drain, it was dirty, black and pretty thin.
Wanted to switch to a better oil with double change interval. Thanks to @makhdoom123 for making my mind for this.
Poured liqui moly 5w40 3.9L fully synthetic with 300ml of Ceratec.
Results were instant, and engine was so much quieter and much smoother, haven't checked fuel economy and accleration yet as driving slowly for first 200kms.

Check that oil on floor 5100kms driven, thin as water and dirty as mud

Price of taglon 4L is 3200 change interval 5000kms.
Price of liqui moly 4L is 5000, price of ceratec is 2500rs, lasts easily upto 30-40k kms
first change interval will be 7000kms and second will be 10,000kms. Genuine filter can last 10,000kms easily, an oil merchant guy is a friend and told that we are using mobil1 in some cars with 10,000kms and oil filter lasts easily upto that mileage.
So, its double the price and double the change interval, but a much better oil in my opinion. After driving on it for 50kms it feels so light smooth and engine is quiet and buttery

I along with makhdom bhai used to scream over here about the beauty of this oil.
I am using this for past 5 years and it's just amazing.
Jub tuk loog try nahi karay ge ... they will continue the old useless debate that the oil isn't any better then the oem one.
And same is the case with those stupid eurostars.
Anyways congrats and enjoy. You will love it and it easily lasts 10k but you should change at 7k

Had to mantain warranty as well for some time that's another thread of mine for oil discussion, but kinda like dead now.
Awesome oil though, i will drive it for 7k first time as there will be mixing inside engine, and after that I will follow 10,000kms drain interval.
From where you get it changed in Lahore?

Bro you can go to any filter house outlet.
I usually get it changed from DHA main boulevard one.
They also have one outlet on Walton road and other on ferozpur road garden town.
And yes it run amazing till 7k without breaking any sweat.

Dirty ho theak hai, burnt, sediments and watery oil isn't good at 5k kms.
At 5k kms taglon comes out like watery thin even when it's hot.

Believe it or not, my car is performing way better on liqui moly 5w40 instead of 5w50 taglon.
Zameen aur asmaan ka farq hai dono oils main.
Highly recommended, and screw warranty after 10k kms,
If Anything happens to your engine or gearbox they would never claim it. Choice is yours now.

Nopes, the main purpose of it is to make a coating inside engine to avoid friction. This coating will last around 35-40k kms, and will pour it again

bro sooner the oil gets black means it has more cleaning agents. you can try shell ultra 5w-40 and it becomes blacker even faster so oil getting black is no issue. now for being watery thin means its a chemical not conventional mineral oil so actually that is better too. thinner the better and if actually a 50 viscosity oil is thin than it means it is for sure a good quality oil.

i would still iterate an oil for 3K Rs with 5K KMS change interval is still better than an oil for 5K Rs and change interval of 10K KMs because changing the oils with lesser milage ensure better lubrication and sureity that filter wont fail. Also 5K KMs interval also ensures warranty which is an added advantage.

also the improvement you are experiencing is more associated with oil change and every time you do it (watsoever the oil is) you will feel the improvement.

I used to pour in additives like ceratic way back in 2005/2007 (american made Whiz brand if i remember is correctly) and its a good addition.
