oh the lack of acceleration is less than an alto
but its acceleration is less as compared to its rear legroom and interior space... but for a single person, its perfect
theres a slight difference in the acceleration with the a/c on, and that too when u r driving on a gradient with more than two pasengers. get your car thoroughly checked by a toyota dealer. get its oil ,oil filter, air filter changed and get its throttle body cleaned
what if one seat pulling lever is not working , whos job is this ? i cant fold one of my seat , i have similar car like this
Because almost every kei car in Pakistan has this seat lever I think any mechanic will know how to fix it...There's no point in going to Toyota as they don't have any spares of Japanese cars. Take it to some reputed imported car mechanic in your city. In lahore, we have filter house and the mechanics there sort out pretty much everything. Don't play around with it or try to fix it as it's pretty fragile.. Most probably the spring mechanism has come loose or something of that sort.

In Mehran, If we three people are sitting and AC gets one, I feel someone may push vehicle from back ...
My point here was Mehran has 35 Horse Power Engine while JDM Kei has 54 Horse Power engine, surely these should perform better even with three people on board ..
My A/C started giving hot air randomly 3 days ago. And it occurred more frequently in the afternoon. I took my car to my local suzuki mechanic (from whom i get my familys swift serviced and tuned on a regular basis) and he checked the gas and said it was low and refilled it. He also got my radiator steam washed. The air flow improved after that but the hot air issue still persisited.today i took my darling move to filter house, defence for its regular tuning. On checking the A/C, the mechanic said that the suzuki people had filled it with substandard gas causing the compressor to choke. the compressor also made a screeching sound and smoke came out of it on acceleration luckily he had a compressor and replaced it. now the a/c is working fine but i've yet to check it in the afternoon. the mechanic also said that he will fill more gas on monday after the car has been driven for 2 days.in routine tuning, got the oil changed, oil filter and air filter was replaced.the compressor cost 7000, labour was 3000. the oil cost around 3300, oil filter was for 290 and the air filter was for 750.
the bumper had to be removed, and the radiator was cleaned thoroughly . the throttle body was also cleaned. the car is now good for the next 7000 kms. as i have iridium spark plugs they wont need replacement for the next 40000kms.fuel average one week before tuning: 16km/lfuel average 2 days before the tuning: 12km/l
hopefully the mileage will go up to 16-18 km/l after this.
mashallah

Congrats. Where did you buy the car from and for how much?
Which Model year Car do you have? How much did it cost?is it 4 AT transmission?Does Move come in 5 AT?
I have 2007 X Limited model with 5 speed CVT auto transmission and in white colour. Features include rpm meter, side mirror indicators, keyless entry and start... And yes it does come in regular 4 speed auto as well but CVT is more comfortable and economical...
My car cost was 8 lacs 50 thousand including registration..

So MIRA X has 5 AT CVT Transmission?
Yes Mira X should have 5 speed CVT. You can easily judge this from the Available options on the AT Gear knob.... If you have options P,R,N,D,S,B then its a CVT Transmission. But if it has P,R,N,D4,3,2 then its a normal 4 speed AT.
Where should i get my daihatsu move serviced from in karachi? Any suggestions?
Thanks for the info. Will be helpful.
Same is the Case with Daihatsu Move??
Yes for transmission it is..
Hope you're enjoying your car mate! I to had a move for round-about 8 months, then sold it and now using mira!I personally feel that MIRA has more pick!Enjoy
Yes,I'm sure because move is bigger thus heavier than the Mira
