@zee991 Don't get upset bro you have made a right decision by purchasing junoon , these small issues are common in bikes as @umer009 said get your bike's chain tight, INSHALLAH you will not regret on your decision of buying junoon after few months, new bikes need little attention as the bike is in running process nut bolts get lose nothing serious. good luck again and I hope now you have purchased a helmet.

DoN't know man!!! My bro's CD70 didn't cause any such trouble. A new problem is appearing in the bike every other day (I ride only for about half an hour per day as of yet). That's quite troubling for a student like me. I don't have time for such things. I already wasted much time researching whether Junoon is good bike or not and proved myself a bad researcher.

Here is the whole story.
My bro had a CD70 2009. It was reliable but I didn't like it's looks, comfort and low power.
So I came to pakwheels.com to see if there is much difference between petrol consumption of CD70 and CG125 or not.
I started this forum for that reason.

Searching other forums,I found Yamaha junoon. Being not interested in bikes, I had only heard it's name.
I made calls to lots of friends but found it to be not a recommended bike. I thought they don't know anything. Let's ask the experts on pakwheels.com, I asked different questions about it on the forum above mentioned but couldn't get much info because of title where Junoon was not written. I started another thread specifically for Junoon

I had gathered a lot of questions regarding built and reliability of Junoon that needed to be answered before I bought bike.
I asked them on the forum there.
There finally I came in contact with khanthegr8
Had thorough chat with him about Junoon. He told me all the problems he had experienced with his bikes but I thought he might be unlucky.
So finally I bought Junoon (Alas!)
On way home from showroom had this problem with indicators. Very next day, I'm having problems with kick (not sure about that yet whether I'm not making right combination of powerful kick and throttle.)
And third day this problem with chain or drum whatever.

People who warned me against buying Junoon: My father, my bro, my close friend Awais Akhtar (his bro has got a Junoon 2010), Abdur Rehman ( khanthegr8), my friends Bilal Liaquat, Haseeb, Awais Yaqoob, Tayab Ilyas, a friend of my father, Sami (ssamm86) , Awais (Mr.K) They were right, I'm experiencing 100% same problems as they did. This is not a coincidence. The built quality of Yamaha Junoon is pathetic.
Now I can only pray to God that no more problems appear.

OK guys, now I'm thinking +ve. May be Yamaha machines have different design and work in a different way.
Unlike Honda which starts giving average mileage by the time u first get on it's back, u have to wait for 1000 km on Yamaha and unlike Honda whose brakes, engine everything works perfectly when it gets out of factory, u have to wait 1000 km for Yamaha. Now I'm keeping fingers crossed and praying to God that when 1000 km milestone reaches, my bike starts working properly. Hope I have prayers of all my friends out there

if yes and that adjuster broke , than its the pathetic build quality , i agree ,
bro my vote was for suzuki, but still i cant gurantee u that its build quality is perfect , but atleast not like that what ur experiencing, but still try to be +ve for atleast 1000kms, coz sellin it like this will bring u huge loss

After 1000 KM there will be no DIFFERENCE i must tell you Shani........Honda retains it's matchless build quality and as the time goes on it brightens that up.... But Yamaha ...... Nothing to say , as you consider my talks curses .....

Yes, I did. It was Yamaha authorized service shop and the mechanic didn't do much adjustments, just gave the nut of adjuster 2 rotations, and there it goes ... into two pieces.
Bro I'm seriously thinking about selling it. And I'm as inexperienced in selling as I was in buying bikes.

I'll agree with you, but the way there is no quality regulation system in Pakistan, I see a time coming when CD70 is gonna have same built quality. Don't know how these multinational and well reputed companies when come to Pakistan get so corrupt.

I've bought a CD 70 today and i'm keeping Junoon as well .... When Junoon makes me think bad about it I ride CD 70 and when i feel creepy on CD 70 then i ride Junoon again

Yeah, somehow or the other I do agree with gr8_paki point...There will be no much difference, you will get same amount right now and no matter if you sell it after one or two months later....... better drive it for a month or two, ride it as you want, full accelerator wheelie whatever non-sense u wanna make with it just DO it..... Only maintain it's body shining and avoid it from SCRATCHES that's it, your bike will be sold in good UNITS........ People see only SHINY abd SCRATCHLESS body of the bike, very few pople testify the ENGINE or major things........

@zee991 don't have accurate idea but now a days i'm looking for cg125 so i'm visiting different buy & sell forums, on one of the forum i saw a guy asking 69k for his 2010 junoon 4700km driven ,hope this will help you in setting your mind.

I agree with khanthegr8 and gr8_paki... After completing the running period carefully, do give your ride a last chance and take a full test of it.. and then decide whether it worth to be owned or not! Now you just take a chill pill and relax, Hope for the best ...!!
