Thanks bro, it's not actually breaking even on the whole project investment. It's just my break-even daily target sales for the whole month. So basically if i maintain today's sales the business will sustain itself. Which i didn't expect to happen for at least a few weeks.
I guess the location plays a big part in the equation which is why i was trying to find a shop at this location for a long time. There are 13 apartment buildings right across the road. All with an average of 80 apartments/building. So that itself is a great target market, imagine a whole neighborhood of houses crammed in the space of a km or two. Then there's a few offices right behind us including telenor & PTC. Where there are lots of people working who eat out on a regular basis.
