Thank you for the review! Glad you enjoyed the food! You're absolutely right about the price contradiction, it's a mistake that i failed to notice until the menu's had gone into printing. The combo 1 should've been priced slightly higher but for now i've left it like that & will let customers who notice the better deal reap the rewards! It will be fixed once the new deals are announced, probably sometime this month.

i was there today,asked about u this time but u werent around
khair thought to try shawarma,they took quite a time to make 2 of them
it was fine but maza ni aya,dont know but it lacks the taste,try the one which is available from infront of sauda salf,that one is really good.
after eating shawarma,i regretted that i should have gotten the small pizza instead,khair one learns from experiences

while i was there,some customer came with hawaiian pizza showing that it dont has any sauce though he didnt even tried a bite,that was quite a show,non stop....he had to say one thing many times to make his point lol that u cant call a customer wrong....

also i enquired from the counter about the drink that you give with small pizza for 230rs,he said we give regular one not disposable...

You get the glass one which IS disposable but commonly known is that the plastic one is called disposable.

Your review ov shawarma is useful. I would recommend you to try their roll now. My experience was shared a few pages behind.

I've been really sick last two days & just went late today. Got to know about the pizza & staff kept making excuses but I told them at the end the customer is always right, he did get a free pizza.

Worst part is today was our lowest sales since opening & they still managed to screw up.

Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the shawerma, to be honest I'm not particularly happy with it either. Told them to improve it, going to try a new recipe tomorrow. Haven't tried out the one near sauda sulf, will check it out. How would you rate it compared to the C&B shawerma? Personally i like theirs, so that's the target to beat.

As for the drink, they're wrong. You do get a disposable one. Really pissed off that they still make these stupid mistakes after three weeks. Already fired some staff need these guys to shape up.

So I do appreciate all the feedback, will help us keep improving.

Please watch a few episodes of Ramsay's kitchen nightmares. I'm sure a person such as yourself would learn a lot from commonly made mistakes in this business, along with tips on how expanding items significantly on a menu can have a negative impact. Good luck!

Chicken needed a bit ov flavour. Guess it was catered for blood pressure patients. But pieces were big and soft so overall a nice experience.

Actually there's a long story behind why it might have tasted a little bland! I gave all the staff two days off so that they could go vote. When we opened up on monday morning we realised that the freezer in the kitchen had been turned off, so everything in it had gone bad & we had to throw it all away!

Thankfully the main freezer that has all our stock was fine, it was just the one with the marinated products for daily use that went to waste. So to cut a long story short, when they got your order they immediately marinated & fried it. Otherwise S.O.P is to marinate it & leave it overnight so that it soaks up all the flavor. I.A next time you order it, it'll taste much better.

Ahh ok that was you! My delivery guy was making a delivery in I-10 & on the way back the police caught him as he had forgotten the bike papers at home! So i was making the deliveries in his absence!

Sorry i didn't have time, was stressed & finally got him out after making some calls to a family friend who's an S.P.

P.S. Next time if you want them a bit spicy, just mention it when placing the order. I got some complaints that they were too spicy so told them to make them a bit neutral to suit everyone's taste. Thanks again for your loyalty!
