When I received my car, it was not aligned and yes it had a inherent tilt towards the left and Wheels were not balanced. Car use to rattle terribly every time it crossed 100. I also had to go to 3S dealer in RWP and got it fixed free of cost.
During that time, by stroke of Goodluck, I got in to Contact with one of their GM and I informed him of the whole incident. Next day, I received like ten calls from Honda Atlas and their dealerships that they are anxious to solve my problem (H)
This OBD receiver was not mine. It was an ELM327 bdw, It costs around $ 30-40 (depending upon make/model). For Reference here is a pic from Google

I have Garmin ECO route HD. Here is the link

I have used both and they have their pros and cons
Chinese ELM varieties work with all OBD apps (Android, Symbion, Windows) which gives them a upper edge. Garmin Eco Route only work with "Garmin Mechanic" (Android App) or Garmin Nuvi tablets. Garmin is much expensive then Chinese OBD adapters (US $ 100 against US $20)
But Chinese OBD adapters continuously draw current from OBD port. You can easily tell as the power light in always ON even with idle bluetooth connection or engine shut off. Garmin is little intelligent, It switches off the transceiver when the connection is idle or engine is off....
Hope that helps
