I own a ravi piaggio 125 and i did a lot of search in all markets of Rawalpindi for tires for my bike even searched Islamabad and after 3 hectic days of search after office hours this is what i came up with, hope this will help u out
Mainly 2 shops (maybe there are others but this is what i found)
On muree road by the name of TYRE HOUSE it comes after crossing comaity chowk very famous on Muree road can ask any motorcycle shop they will tell you. They only have motorcycle tires. From here you will get Korean tires. Phone number 051-2507500 or 051-5551435
Other is JAWAD Autos in Sadar - Rawalpindi, location is where there are many car tire shops, JAWAD autos has both Car and motorcycle tires. From here you will get Thailand or Indonesian Tires for motorcycle. Phone number 051-5521385
Now just for some advice on tire size and availability of size easily available (Rear tire only)
The one which comes factory fitted in Suzuki Gs 150 is 3.00 - 18
For gs 150 you can go for a 3.50-18 tyre or 100/90 - 18, Both are almost same sizes
These sizes would be enough for your bike and they are easily available
Another bigger size would be 4.00 - 18 or 110/90 -18 Both are almost same sizes But this size is not very common and may require some adjustments for fitting but can be fitted in gs 150
