That's good news for Civic owners. 1km/lit improvement in fuel consumption is pretty neat, to say the least. Now if only we Pakistanis can get access to better roads and infrastructure, our cars and wallets would be so much more happier. 
Wow, Mani1, your Civics' fuel consumption is on the higher side. I have been increasingly wary of the engine oils available in Pakistan and rightly so. There is so much counterfeiting/repackaging going on everywhere in this market that it blows away one's mind. You can try another brand of engine oil for a change and then see if there is any improvement in your fuel efficiency.
My father told me the other day that there was a time in Pakistan when Mobil, and other branded lubricants, were copied and counterfeited so much that their names became synonymous with screwed-up engines. I mean what's a gallon of engine oil when compared to the price-tag of a new car?
