i would recommend any branded casing. galaxy has got some nice coolermaster casings for your price range. also check out the asus casings. usually the various asus casings for 3-4k have the same internal chassis. only the external plastic body is different.

i see your OS is vista ultimate 32bit. what's the point of having 4GB ram then? you need 64bit OS to utilize more than 3.5GB's of ram.
also, i dont mean to bicker, but using two cards in SLI doesnt double the video memory. your total dedicated video memory is still 768MB. whatever is loaded into the vram of the first card also has to be loaded into the vram of the second card.
the reason your system is showing 2046MB of available video memory is because it's sharing 1278MB from your 4GB of RAM. (1278MB from RAM(shared) + 768MB from graphics card(dedicated)=2046MB Total).
Nevertheless it's still a kicka$$ system. Good choice going with the S975 server board, since it's components are more reliable (capacitors of industrial quality etc) than the D975 desktop board. From the pictures it looks like your fans are 120mm or atleast 90mm. not possible that they are only 40mm fans.
