Much Much Congratulations on Buying JDM Kei ! 
Its one of the Best Keis available in the Market! No Doubt JDMs have no match Whether its 660cc or 2400cc & Please Don't took the Stickers on the Back. its like the Identity of a JDM & may be not good if you wanna sell it! As for Services, Well if its less driven then their are very less you need, as per my experience of eK-WAGON! Some of them are:
1. Wheels Alignment & Camber Adjustment.
2. Oil filter & Oil Change(10W 40, found it recommended for Keis after exploring PW) I had gone for total, the Results are nice, Mobil1 If U wanna change it after 5500km.
3.I've got Hydrolic Power Steering in my Car, The Level was at low, So Topped it up by ZIC ATF Oil, If its EPS then no need.
4.For mine Break Oil was DOT-4, Topped it up
5. If its Driven more like 50,000 Actually, then ATF also needs to be Changed, Much Better is to Go to a Sophisticated Service Center like TSCM, Cause it needs Special Techniques to be Changed.
5.Computerized Tuning, If U feel it necessary
Some Little problems I faced
1.Front indicator Bulb was problematic but it was of STANLEY, Same as HONDA City 08 Back Indicator Bulb, So got it from HONDA Service Shop for Rs.260,
2.Horn Fuse in Fuse Box wasn't their , It was also same as City's also from HONDA Shop, Totally same as HONDA.
