I have the same generation corolla. Can you please share pics n info about your components' installation? Would love to see your adaptation of 6.5" comps in 4" factory space! Its a PIA.

Used brackets in my previous door panel, installer did a nice job fitting them n they actually looked better

Took apart my doors n installed corolla gt's complete interior door panels, the comps easily fit inside them n behind the door's grill. If u want, i have my previous door panels!

mine are like this with corolla gt's power windows n motors...fabric color is different though...my comps sit behind them happily
will take an actual pic tomorrow.

How much did the panels cost you? Did you convert from hand mirrors to power windows, if yes, how much $$ you had to shell out?

Sir these are gt corolla's panels, quality stuff it is! Plus mine also have fabric portion in a nice print. Yes i converted from manual windows. 4 panels, 4 motors, switches, wiring, i mean the complete package costed me 25k. The same set is available in sultan ka khu for 38k

if you want a cheap solution, just buy the motors, wiring and buttons...skip the panels!

Check if the amp is properly grounded or not...

by any chance are u using a magus amp???

the thump u hear is actually ur amp warming up. it will do this when the amp is cold. once run for a while, u can switch off ur car and try again. it wont do the thump sound.

Sir it is properly grounded,if it wasnt I think then the amp should turn off and on at intervals but it does not.

Bro its a boss amp, i searched on the internet it may be that I need a relay or module to slow down the signal that transfers from the head unit to the amp or the amp to the woofer.

Bro its a boss amp, i searched on the internet it may be that I need a relay or module to slow down the signal that transfers from the head unit to the amp or the amp to the woofer.

1) check your ground wire. remove the paint from the area where ur amp ground is connected and make sure the gnd wire is securely fit
2) try lowering ur gain from the amp. turn the ignition and check if the sub makes the thump sound with the gain full down to zero. increase ur gain to the point where the sub makes the thump sound again
3) your amp dosnt have the silent turn on function.....
