i am very satisfied with the performance. Engine seems to be powerful, very comfortable ride and fuel average really amazed me, its giving 54KM/litter in break in process and hopefully it will increase when it break in time will finished.

I am very happy with it.

Can any body guide me that should I tune it up when I will change its oil after 300 Km???

Price is on the higher side but still worthy.
Do update us on its performance and God Forbid (any Repairs).

Running Basics:
1. Never ever push your bike in any of the gears before 1000Kms.
2. Change the factory oil around 250Kms with a good one.
3. Check out for Chain Tightening when pick decreases.
4. Get it properly tuned after it starts changing sound (around 800kms).
5. Protect its precious paint by applying wax, otherwise sun will ruin it.

Following these tips, My SP100 still shines as brandnew even after 10 months. InshAllah yours will live long also. Drive safe.

Can you please tell me that which WAX should I use to protect its paint from fading?

caltex havoline the best engine oil in my opinion,,

Use cosmic car wax or use formula one both are good. Theres a fake quick formula wax in the market dont eva purchase it. And Yup although fake caltex is in large no.s in the market, it works well.

the issue is that mineral oils are gud but if u are using 125cc or higher then u wish to use a better oil like semi or fully synthetic.
the problem though with using synthetic oils is that bikes use wet clutch system and synthetic oils ruin the clutch plates beacause synthetic oils were primarily made for cars which have a separate transmission oil and thts y u can use synthetic oil in cars.

if u want to use synthetic oil in bikes then the oil must satisfy JASO MA standard which shows that the oil is also suitable for wet clutch systems.

only two oils are currently providing it

1:- Castrol Racing 1T (fully synthetic, 10W-40, JASO MA)
2:- ZIC 4T (fully synthetic, 10W-40, JASO MA)

so guys i recommend u use any of the above. i have a Piaggio Storm 125cc Euro2 and i am using ZIC 4T... Bike is running like a charm

i have heard that u should stick to one type of oil either synthetic or mineral,, if u use synthetic the next time u cannot simply use mineral,,currently i have no source for this info but u should keepo this point in ur mind and do some further rreasding on it,,

Congrates on the purchase. The bike looks very nice. A couple of tips for you;
Do not tune up the engine before 1000kms. Change the oil at 300 and then 800km. Get the tuning done at 1000 and keep changing the oil every 1000kms.
Do not hesitate to give your bike little bursts of sudden acceleration and de-acceleration as it helps the rings to seal properly. Also dont treat your bike like a baby. Let the engine open up itself. You can read more about break-in process in Silver_knife's thread about his Piaggio's running. The tappets will give annoying sound close to 700kms but dont worry and DO NOT get the tappets tightened at that time. Push it hard after 800kms uptill 1000kms and then get the tuning done.

Plz neva use Zic, its the worst engine oil and well known for completley ruining up old and weaker engines. Use caltex.

No doubt Formula one is also good but in my experience Formula one is messy and Cosmic is easy to apply and remove, with same results...

THANX buddy for tips... yeah I have read that thread and trying to follow those instructions. I hope I will get the best results .. I have changed the Oil on 289 KM. I have used Havoline. but 1 thing confusing me that oil capacity on the manual of bike is 0.9 liter but mechanic use 0.7 liter and it is Full now...Is the manual figure wrong??? or I have to put extra OIL now...?
