dear ahsan bhai merc marka and logos need cleaning as seems previous owner didnt give attention over there
like for merc front marka try any chrome cleaner btw brasso will also do work
for rest logos try any apc or even stronger car shampoo with help of soft brush like shaving brush if still feel resistance than try soft tooth brush
