FYI, I bought the 1" 6 Lug Metal Spacers from the following Person:
Al Madina Tyre, GawalMandi Road, Near FG Girls High School, RawalPindi.

I spoke to him about shipping via TCS to anywhere in PK and he agreed to doing so.

Any recommendations for Spacers, where to get em & have em installed ?

Ideally you should have raised the body off the chassis by putting in 2 inch spacers to accommodate the 35 inch tires.

I think suspension needs attention. And if I was you, I would have got rid of the F and put in something more practical and useable.

Suspension work of leaf springs completed yesterday, with an addition of Rancho 5000 Steering Stabilizer, added additional leaf to all 4 sets, achieved an additional approx 2.5 lift. What else do you suggest for the suspension?

As for the 2F, i want to extract as much juice i can before thinking of a swap, the current thought comes to ming when swapping is either a 1uz or a 2uz with a auto tranny, your thoughts ?

I ll suggest go for 1KZ-TE with aftermarket intercooler or go for Toyota 3CT-E

3CT-E .... would be the best for economy .but would be a BIG NO NO for power and overall Ambiance of Land cruiser ..and so is the 1KZ-TE for its mere 130 BHP..and fuel economy would be same as 1uz-2uz-1Fz & 1 HD-fte

So the best option ,in my opinion would be

PETROL
1FZ-4500cc
1UZ & 2UZ

Diesel
1HD-FTE Turbo-4200cc

Agreed sir, the front wheels were rubbing the fenders, ive fixed that as one of the fender was tilted downwards. With the lift on the leaf springs, i think the rubbing should go away.

Additionally the bushes installed on the spring ends were local ones and quiet tight and were not moving at all. The new bushes are stiff but quiet well fit and soft enough for a good play. Ended up paying 200 for each bush counting to 16 replacement.

Lets see how it goes this sunday

Unless it is unable to perform with the upgrades.

you koe these "manhoos" F's are in true sense die-hard, you have to put in a lot of effort to kill them. for the swap how about 1jz-gte single turbo, with auto transmission, economical too both on mileage and when buying and there is atleast one very clean unit lying around too

Screw the 2F to its extreme, I have ordered a Weber 38 Dual Barrel Carb from US which should be here soon, this would give out much more toeque then teh standard carb and the 3f carb. Yes teh fuel economy would suck, but who cares till the time it grunts like a hog.....

Once this engine is killed, then 1JZ could also be an option. My consideration for the engine would be low RPM Torque, not speed as i want this puppy to goto places where jeeps dare

though saddened by burst on my front left tire, but BIG THANKS to the support and help of ijcians, we replaced the tire in the middle of the track.
