cause its most probably 110cc class bike which may be either 104cc or 107cc in stock config and first boring it will make it true 110cc..
also when u open its carb ask mechanic what are its jet numbers .. main jet number(petrol jet number in local lingo ) and pilot jet .. and also can u post upclose pics of its carb ? also when its opened do take its pics..
