Imo you should use 20w50 as 10w30 engine will make more sound and will heat up easily...

Use zic M7 10W40 for your ride from first oil change & be stick to it because its engine is OHC that,s why its need thin oil thin oil can easily travel to Top of the engine head & in other parts it is the best oil for your bike as per company recommendation & use 1Liter

I kept a suzuki sprinter eco 110 for two years. It is a wonderful machine. I loved it but it developed the following problems.

No.1 = Useless Headlight
No 2 = Fault developed in Horn after a few months
No 3 = Brakes worn out.

Does GS 150 also has these problems?

Gs has more problems than sprinter but believe me you forget all the problems when you ride GS and these problems are easy to resolved just buy slightly used gs and spend 5 thousand on it and you get wonderfull bike in budget.

Bro ur question has answered by mohsin very well. just take a ride of 150. and u will forget the problems infct I am oki with my 150. Great machine. till now 550 kms done i cant find any problem wid brakes, horns or anythng Masha Allah.

Regardin new model. as it was been told by suzuki that new model will be launch nearly by october or november with disc brakes and alloy rims and price range between 165k - 170k

1 month completed today...

775 kms done.
1st oil changed: 300kms
2nd Oil changed 700 kms
Average noted: 50-52 Kms/litre Masha Allah
Speed used: 40-60 first 300 kms
40-80 till 700 kms
Now crossed 100km/h twice or thrice.

Till now great experience Alhamdulillah.

Will go for 1st free tunning/checkup on monday to Suzuki service centre.

@vkiiali Brother, kia ma pooch sakta hu ka app na kia sooch kr GS150 lee hay...??? I think you didn't research the motorcycle Market thoroughly and properly... Storm 125s are LONG gone, at least here in Lahore due to pathetic quality, expensive price, lack of spare parts and partly because of the success of Yamaha Japan in our market... Ravi officially discontinued and withdrew Storms from the market back in 2014, I believe...

There is nothing major issue in this bike. what minor issues are can easily be resolved. Im in karachi and every part is easily available. Im having a very good experince with this bike. You should take a ride first den give your opinion.

Dear All,

I have completed 1100 Kms. I don't have any issue. Everything is Masha Allah perfect.
I just need an advise regarding oil.

I am using shell AX5 (15w40). Bike still heats alot and vibrates at 5-6 rpm. First i ignored because it was a new engine. Hence it is still new but break in period is no more now. So, need advises that is that normal or time by time it will be OK. Or should I change the Oil with thicker grade?

Don,t use any 15w40 or 20w50 oil for your ride at this time you can use any of these oils after 10K
because these are thicker oil & suzuki bikes does not like thicker oil

I have used this shell AX5 15w40 in my GS once bike engine was become heating so was shifted again to zic
Bro use zic M7 10w40 sythetic oil for your new ride synthetic oils are far far better from any mineral oil synthetic oils film are very strong & does not break easily & zic oils have A ability in them they always clean carbon inside from engine & does not deposit carbon inside the engine

You can start using this oil before your first 5K after this you can not

My elder brother is using zic M7 in his Suzuki GD110HU from start he is very very much satisfied from this oil

When he was shifted from SGO to Zic his bike pick up was become to double

Zic M7 is the best for your ride this is a open heart suggestion

No doubt zic m7 is a best oil if got the original one. but zic m7 is a synthetic oil. and avoid synthetic oils in break in period. As far as i know. may be im wrong

And regarding 15w40 and 10w40 oils. they work same like in summers as both are w40.

shell Ax5 15w40 is a premium mineral oil which is best for break in. but heating and vibration is still there with a loud engine sound. i dont kno if i made a mistake and chose Shell AX5 for break in period

The Shell ax5 15w40 looks suspicious from it's packing like its a refilled oil or something like that. The bottles i have seen in the market all have oil stains on the bottle like its previously used even the shell company operated petrol pumps and metro have the same kind of bottle's..

Try shifting to some other oil and check if it does the same thing again.

I also bought it from Shell compny operated petrol pump and it is not available on mostly petrol pumps. i found it from Shahrah faisl.

Can u pls guide which oil shud i go with now?
where im getting 50-52km/ltr average and top speed i achieved 110. does these things affect with the oil also ??

A 20w50 oil will effect these things as it's a bit heavy oil.
Else you can try ZIC M5 it's 20w40 oil you can place the order online at zicoil.pk. This will ensure that the product you get is orignal.
ZIC M7 10w40 is also good. If you have completed your bike's break-in period then opt for ZIC M7.
