I want like cars to mod. Like we replace cars in San andreas i want new cars or any thing possible. Find on any console xbox or ps3 doesnt matter which ever is easier ..

so got a cheap nevidia 8400gs which play gta iv!!!

buddy u r right about throwing out branded PCs as they are not ment for Gaming....... But I have XFX GT220 DDR 2 128 bits.. In it I played every game which u can imagine and neither of them hangs on 19" Led...... So if he goes for less than 1 gb card than it is possible of games run slow... My recommendation about good and economical card is GTS 250... but it is tooo long and his casing is short....
