get it weld from inside and properly tolled si that there is no sign out side you will have to get it repainted though.. most of the mechnics dont have torque wrenh and grip screww driver and the use to knock it off throw hathora after i noticed this after @jude 's bike .. I never allowed any mechnic what so ever to use any pressure tool on magnet cover.

Same happened to me. . . Now going to welder. .

So guys my battery connector wore out due to rough handling. So replaced it with new one. Costed me only 5rs:D

this little piece of #^%&^# broke like 4 time in my ride... becuase of acid fumes build up ... so finall to nail the coffin .. I welded the wire to the battery terminal ....
