I dont understand your question properly (what do you mean by running and cleaning). Probably you might be asking for Tuning?
Anyhow i only do timely oil change, oil filter and air filter replacement and nothing. I have never gone to any mechaninc yet (Alhamdulillah) it is almost 3 years now since i own this vehice. I bought it when odo was aroung 53k km now, it is running close to 86k km.

Since you have driven 33k km Mas Sha Allah in Pakistan and yet you had no trouble from this car,
Have you had it Plugs changed? Throttle Body Cleaning ? and most importantly Fan and it pipes blower/dusting that cool your HV Battery...?

mashallah bro. But there are some preventive maintenance stuff for cars around 80k kms or so. Have you done those?

The car is running great, i think to replace iridium plugs at 100k km, the inverter coolant is to be replaced at 150k miles accroding to the sticker on the car.
i regularly replace air filter with genuine toyota filter and clean battery filter myself.
my driving style is very calm, alhamdulillah brakes are doing great, will change brake pads at 100k km,
radiator coolant is still at the same level as it was when car was purchased.
i have kept other JDMs too, i personally believe there is no need to replace plugs and coolant till 100 to 120k km
but definitely every one has a different opinion and driving style and conditions, depending on that one might need to replace things at different intervals.

Fezan has detailed all the Regular maintenance items. Also bro many cars get their odometers reversed for better resale value. There is a way to check for original mileage on the internet but i am not sure. Brake pads. Timing belt. Plugs. Vavlve clearance adjustments. Transmission fluid replacement. Coolant replacement are some items that need to be changed at specified intervals

There are ways to verify auction report of the car.
I wouold suggest to verify auction report before purchase.
All the maintenance intervals are mentioned in Owner Manual, i will try to find and post here.

AoA I am very much interested in Axio now. I will replace my aqua with Axio soon inshAllah. Can you tell me how’s its drive as compared to aqua? I know one is sedan and other is hatch but still I am curious because both have the same drivetrain.
Previously I never liked Axio due to shape but really liking its facelift specially in top WXB trim. The car overall is complete package in 3 million plus range. Far better than new Yaris and Altis 1.6

This car sells like hot cake on KPK side but no sale everywhere else. I own one, I sold my local corolla to get this and trust me when I was there so were others to sell their Grande and get this one. Fuel Efficient cars have so much market nowadays and keep on going

I own both 2018 Aqua and 2016 Axio. Aqua is more Driver Oriented but a bit hard. Axio Hybrid is soft a bit luxurious than aqua very soft driving but not driver oriented like seating position aqua is better plus it's very stable in turns. Axio is a bit taller so have a bit of body roll.

Aqua has better fuel economy but power wise seems just a bit slower than Axio. Axio has slightly more power than Aqua.

Plus engine noise in cabin is low in axio than aqua
