The voice, DHUP on turning on system, is the amps turn on thump

It can not be fixed mates, characteristic of low quality amps

The other zzzzz voice, is due to RCA and power cable lying together, its called alternator whine
try lowering ur gain if it makes any difference and cheking ur ground

i know whats the reason ,
my - terminal of headunit attached to wires was lose , and fluctuaed

how ever lose terminals make less current flow
so , head unit tries to find out ground
so RCA does have it , but very slight , so hu tries to utilise ground from RCa , if rca ground is also weak , then PICO fuse ( a very very very much sensitive fuse

lol no that is not the case...har jaga sciendani na mar karo jigar...

its actually pretty simple...when u pull out the RCA from amp or pre while music is playing change it and plug it back in WHEN PRE IS ON..then this happens..

when u plug RCA in while headunit in on..sudden surge goes through the RCA ( a high voltage) and this blows up the pico fuse..

and you said u soldered wire to bypass the pico fuse..well u have fixed it now...bad mein kabi dubara aesa hua..i mean removing RCA's etc while pre in on..tou ur whole headunit is gonna BURN... cause there will be NO FUSE to stop the voltage SPIKE... MARK MY WORDS !

so my way was better ..atleast u have a solid RCA ground in front of ur eyes and is EXternal..with no link to the internal PCB..hence voltage spike aaya bi tou chassis and car main cicuit mein hi rhe ga.. and will not go through the PCB !

one way is to make Powerfull ground then RCA ground will be connected to that body ground

yaar RCA ko agar body ground ke saath karo ge tou u will get all sorts of weird noises... best and easiest way is what i told you...

so yeah remove the jumper and make an external ground...make sure not to leave residue solder...might make unnecessary contacts..

This is why we dont use the same 4 guage wire all the way from amp to battery negative terminal because that terminal is ADDA ( point) of all sorts of electrical noises..concentrated at one place

Guys now im worried too, i hav this same issue! Whn i turn da pre on n increasing the vol, on each digit increase i hear this dhub dhub sound and when increasing or decreasing bass boost or changing HPF setting etc It doesnt happen on decreasing the vol...
When i got my amp n subs fitted (HU n speakrs were fitted alredy), after all wiring, the speakers (all 4) wouldnt work and the woofers were working...It wz nite time so i checked nxt day tht a screw fixing the pre to an aluminium angle to da lighter screw had gone through 1 of the speaker wires, making them join...With tht i had played (to check the woofers) almost for 30 mins in diff intervals!! Altho i taped it seperately and thank God it didnt blow up a 1 week old 4050UB!! But do u think some damage bight hav been done?

And im connecting tht blunder to this dhub dhub sound

remove the pics fuse. by external grounding the noise will go but not completely. to remove it completely , u will need to fix the pico fuse. and tht fuse is just a way for pioneer to make money.in america, they charge alot of money to fix tht problem. jvc, kenwood , alpine dont have tht fuse.

i removed fuse , by desoldering , i did short fuse ends , but MOHSIN19 suggest , i desoldered short

then fixing HU parts , in the ends i set loop on RCA connectors and connected it to form ground on the body ,

the problem solved completely

in some cases this doesnt completely remove the static noice. i have my pico removed in almost all the decks so far so good.

bahaut annoying noise thi , it seems like even at VOL 00 , some body playing high frequency at low volume , Binnnn Binnnnnnnnn

but it is almost gone

make sure rca cables are away from ur power cables,which are causing disturbance............or u need proper grounding......

bro i only said that DONT ground ur amp directly to negative terminal of battery...but ground it to a sanded SOLID portion of the car chassis...thats it..

i didnt say use different gauge wire...preferably use the SAME GAUGE..
