first of all, many congrats on purchase of a wonderful machine

secondly, change ur tyres immediately. the ones u have are winter tyres (studless must be written on the tyre wall) which have a very low speed and heat rating. moreover, they are also too noisy the moment u cross 60 km/hr. so change them immed with something like yokohama A drive or dbs. u wud love the drive of the car a lot and it wud be much safer for un to ride it as well

stop stop stop...before u get too excited abt everything changing of meter reading is very very common nowadays, and to be honest, there is no way to verify is the meter has been reversed or not. all one can now check is otherwise worthiness of the car and drivability of the car, whther its good enough or not. meter reversal or no reversal, to me personally, doesnt matter much. i have seen cars driven for more than 2 lac kilometers in mint condition, both mechanically and cosmetically, and i have seen cars only driven 5000 kms (any raped govt vehicle for an example) in an absolute crap shape

Check which one you have

I am sure it has the 2NZ-FE which means it has a conventional 4-speed automatic gearbox which means it's 4WD.

That's because your Vitz has a Super CVT-i gearbox and this Vitz has the conventional 4-speed automatic gearbox.

4 x 4 ?

After do change the engine oil and air filter. Also check the gear oil. If it is in bad shape change the oil to Toyota ATF (in case of ATF transmission - 2NZ-Fe) or Toyota CVT oil (in case of CVTi transmission - 2SZ-FE).

See the center console yourself, it's completely different.

It has snow tires, which is a easy giveaway.

It has the conventional 4-speed automatic gearbox, check out the gear shifter pattern. It's P R N D-3 2 L whereas the Super CVT-i gearbox has the P R N D S B pattern.

remove wheel covers check for the year stamp on rims - pull seat belts and check for year on safety test tags in white silk like in shirts.

Odometers are tampered with in 90% of JDMs - agents remove the auction reports before clearence from customs. -

comparing 2007 hatch back with a 2011 - 2012 Sedan does not make ANY sense.

5 years down the time maintenance & depreciation will out shine a Local sedan in any case.
