I am seriously considering buying my first jdm. I. E. Passo (1st gen 2005-09)along with second options like mira & move. I have a few questions i wanted to ask and clear my mind out.
- fuel average (tank size), common problems, maintenance cost & parts availability.
- difference in packages of passo e.g x package, x l package (feature wise and price difference). Which is the best among them.
- price in psh/rwp/isb region (lahore only if the prices are low)

@umarmuslim, Why i see there is very limited to no import for suzuki swift 2011+ model ? now it is 1240 cc so it falls under 1300 category, 2011+ model is bigger as well. I see it better than Vitz with almost same price, take a look at this car https://www.tradecarview.com/used_car/japan%20car/suzuki/swift/17359981/, This will cost around 16-17 lacs with all the goodies, bigger engine and very less mileage i think its a good car. As an importer do you know what is the reason it is not getting famous here ?

Because it is not hybrid... One can buy Aqua or Fit in this price... Due to non hybrid engine swift does not enjoy any depreciation on custom duty, which make it very expensive as a hatchback...

I was comparing it with vitz not aqua, in 16 lacs you can get high mileage aqua, in 16 lacs if you can get 4.5 grade 23k kilomter swift sounds very reasonable to me, l see lot of ads of vitz asking 15 lacs above for good grade. You can see the link which i have shared. I am qouting the price including duties

the Suzuki brand has never been the most popular choice amongst car enthusiast

ppl always prefer Toyota over any other brand in Pakistan due to strong resale, parts & mechanic availability

then Aqua is a hybrid many ppl will prefer fuel economy

if u want a suzuki swift ill gladly import for u

i dont want r grade but can opt for 4 grade or bit extra milage.
