basically this varies auction to auction, the grading system

the car must be fine mechanically maybe that is why

but recently i have found this occurring more in Japan auctions

we need to be a bit sharp now

but even if they give 4.5 grade they will mention all the negative aspects anyways

new auto policy will be implemented on 1st July 2016

but will be in action after 1st July 2017

the duty reduction etc.

ITS QUITE SIMPLE REALLY

FREIGHT IS YEN 110.000

SINCE ITS EXPECTED PRICE IS ABOVE YEN 12 LACS

IF IT GOES BELOW WHICH IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY

THEN FREIGHT WOULD BE YEN 100.000

OTHER CHARGES ARE ALMOST SAME FOR ANY OTHER IMPORTER LIKE DUTY & CLEARANCE DO NOT VARY MUCH USUALLY

with less than 20,000 kms

duty right now is near: pkr 384,100
due to higher $ rate @ 104.7

all other clearance charges: Pkr 80,000 (passport, wharfage, do charges & local transport etc.)

car price: Yen 540,000 (average auction price)
freight: Yen 95,000 (no extra charges for inland transport, for far off auction houses or bank charges)

cnf: Yen 635,000
pkr 601,980 (@.948 money isnt wired at official bank rates you see in newspapers or online)

total cost: pkr 1,066,080 + mycar service charges
(pm or call to know mycar service charges, basically they are less for PW members & not as less for others)
